why choose team-based support?
you may be a business leader and senior executive struggling to 'see the woods from the trees' how to look after your people, in providing quality health and wellbeing support for everyone, and supporting your teams to work together and grow for the future
i am an experienced provider of psychological services to organisations and teams. I can help enhance wellbeing and performance in your workplace through a range of training, coaching and therapeutic services
i can deliver:
what are the benefits:
i specialise in offering team psychological support that is high quality, evidence-based and tailored to the needs of the organisation
i take pride in helping teams feel valued and able to reflect and connect to generate the solutions that help them be well and perform better together
you can count on me to consider the needs of all people I offer interventions to, including respect and privacy and their involvement in the process
the consultation is an opportunity for team leaders or managers to have a space to reflect on the wellbeing needs of their team and get clear on their role and purpose • we build an understanding of the team's needs and current difficulties, and desired support and outcomes for the team to thrive
as a counselling psychologist, I am able to understand and work with teams in an holistic way • this involves drawing on a variety of psychological and organisational models • see below a list of some of the solutions I can offer to help your team move forward with their needs and goals
i offer collaborative spaces for teams to reflect and learn so they can create opportunities to know themselves and each other more fully, connect with others more deeply, and optimise their performance, so they feel fulfilled and valued, both personally and professionally
team-based support
the reflective group is a confidential space for members within a team to share their thoughts and feelings on the impact of a wellbeing issue (as agreed with the team lead/manager in the consultation) • the facilitator will ask open questions to guide the discussion
the in-mind space is a structured support group for self-care through facilitated connection. in the session, the facilitator welcomes and guides the group through a set of compassionate practices • staff have the opportunity to connect in pairs and as part of the wider group
workshops can be on any aspect of staff psychological wellbeing • some of the topics can include stress management, burnout, trauma response, psychological safety, resilience, mental health awareness, compassionate practices, and communicating well together
