the consultation is an opportunity for team leaders or managers to have a space to reflect on the wellbeing needs of their team and get clear on their role and purpose  we build an understanding of the team's needs and current difficulties, and desired support and outcomes for the team to thrive

reflective groups

the reflective group is a confidential space for members within a team to share their thoughts and feelings on the impact of a wellbeing issue (as agreed with the team lead/manager in the consultation)  the facilitator will ask open questions to guide the discussion

in-mind spaces

the in-mind space is a structured support group for self-care through facilitated connection. in the session, the facilitator welcomes and guides the group through a set of compassionate practices  staff have the opportunity to connect in pairs and as part of the wider group

workshops

workshops can be on any aspect of staff psychological wellbeing  some of the topics can include stress management, burnout, trauma response, psychological safety, resilience, mental health awareness, compassionate practices, and communicating well together
